We come to you. Common repairs are done on the spot. Anything bigger, we pick up, fix in our workshop, and bring back to your door.

A word on batteries

We don't rebuild lithium battery packs, and we'd encourage you not to let anyone else do it either. Rebuilt packs are behind most e-bike fires and can't meet California's battery certification rules. What we do instead: test your battery's real health, install manufacturer or lab-certified replacements, and take dead packs off your hands for proper recycling.
